Shipping charges are calculated automatically and visible at checkout, as they may vary depending on the delivery destination.

All orders placed with The Oil Store are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once processed, orders are dispatched through registered courier partners or Speed Post.

After the order has been handed over to the courier company or postal service, The Oil Store cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

The Oil Store is not liable for any damage that may occur during transit. Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery and refuse acceptance if the parcel appears damaged or tampered with.
